Placing an Order
  Following these easy steps to order from

  • Place your cursor on top of the top navigation menus (NEW ARRIVALS, RINGS, EARRINGS, NECKLACES, BRACELETS, GIFT CARD, SALE), Or on top of gift category menus(BIRTHDAY GIFTS, WEDDINGS, ANNIVERSARY GIFT, CONGRATULATIONS GIFT, THANK YOU GIFTS), then click on the category that interests you. Or try to use our handy SEARCH function located on top of the website.
  • When you see an item that you like, click on the product picture for more details.
  • To purchase the item, choose your size (ring only), adjust the quantity and click on “ADD TO SHOPPING BAG” which will add it to your shopping bag. Continue shopping until you are ready to check out. You can click on “MY BAG” to view your shopping bag or to remove any item in the shopping bag.
  • When you are finished shopping, go to the shopping bag by clicking “MY BAG”.
  • Select the country, state, enter the zip code, select type of address and click “GET SHIPPING OPTIONS” to continue.
  • Select the shipping method for shipping charge.
  • If you have a coupon, enter the coupon code and click “APPLY”.
  • For new customers, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to enter require information.
  • For returning customers, enter your email address and password to login to your account.
  • Enter or confirm your billing and shipping information.
  • For new customers, enter a password to register.
  • Confirm your shipping method.
  • Choose your payment method and enter required information.
  • Review all the information that you entered and confirm the item(s) that you ordered. Enter order comments if any.
  • Finally, if everything is correct, click “PLACE ORDER”.
  • Your order is completed and an order number will appear on the top of the page. You can print a copy of your order or an order confirmation will be sent out to you via email.
Payment Options (Domestic)

We will hold the item(s) you ordered up to 14 days. If we don’t receive your money order within 14 days, we will put the item(s) back for sale.
When Will My Credit Card be Charged
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
Order Processing Time
  Once the payment is approved, the address is verified and the item(s) are in stock, most orders will ship out from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. During the peak season, it could take up to 3 days or longer to process your order.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped, and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Item Availability
  We update our stock level daily, however, stock levels fluctuate throughout the day and availability is subject to change without notice. You will be notified by phone or email if the item(s) are on Back Order.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
  At, each shipment is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item(s) (which we hope is exceedingly rare), please contact our Customer Care at or call (888) 383-1688 immediately with your invoice number and item number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist with your return. If you are not contact our Customer Care for return instruction, you would be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Sales Tax
  Since our warehouse and office is based in California, we are required by California state law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a California address.

We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside California. While it is not the responsibility of to collect any sales tax for orders shipped outside California, we suggest that you should contact your state tax authorities for further information.
